Solutions: The University is implementing policies to improve educational infrastructure, providing scholarships, and promoting education as a fundamental right for all. The University in its endeavour to impart quality education based on values & innovation has launched many schemes to encourage students to excel in their respective fields. There are various scholarships for different categories, such as the Meritorious Scholarship for high-performing students as an award, the Scholarship for staff in education under concessional educational facilities to employees and their wards, the 30% Scholarship for Retired Armed Forces Personnel: including Coast Guard & Assam Rifle, 100% waiver of Tuition Fees in Meritorious scholarship for Armed Forces Personnel inclusive of Paramilitary and Coast Guard Personnel and 30% of Ph.D. discount policy for Armed Forces Personnel and Para Military Personnel, etc.To implement “Education for all”, the university is imparting education through the regular mode of education, distance mode of education, and the online mode of education as well.

EDP support and mentor students in the identification and development of their innovative ideas. EDP organizes business plan competitions with the involvement of industries. The University guide and assist prospective entrepreneurs in various aspects as preparing project reports and obtaining loans etc. to start on business, and arrange interaction with diverse entrepreneur.
