STEP 1
Hon’ble Principal may like to nominate a set of 3-5 Faculty Coordinators from various Streams as Members of the Steering Committee of the Space Club. We shall encourage at least 1 Faculty Coordinator to come from the Humanities Stream. Each of these Members can Join in the Following Group https://chat.whatsapp.com/Cpn4icP3EpjJOM4UggIYFg as an initiation exercise to Space Club. The Senior Most Faculty Member can be designated as the Convenor of
Vikram Sarabhai Space Club, at the respective Institution.
STEP 2
Hon’ble Principal may like to designate a specified physical space within the School Premises to Host the Vikram Sarabhai Space Club. A designation physical space can be decorated with a Signage, Posters, Models et al in due course of time as per the school budget and become a spot for coordinating the various Space Activities.
STEP 3
The Steering Committee of Vikram Sarabhai Space Club, may like to invite spirited students from grades 6-12 to become a member of this coveted club. The students would have show interest to attend Space Saturday Meetings, at 7 pm organized by ReTHINK INDIA
and keep them engaged in one way or the other with the Space Activities.

Teaching and learning is a process that includes many variables.
These variables interact as learners work toward their goals and incorporate new knowledge, behaviors, and skills that add to their range of learning experiences.
As a teacher I setting a positive climate for learning,
Clarifying the purposes of the learner.
Organizing and making available learning resources,
Balancing intellectual and emotional components of teaching and learning
Sharing feelings and thoughts with learners but not dominating
As a teacher I collect new composition and make notes for students and my students had compile all notes in book form and they wrote author introduction for me.
I hail from a family of educated individuals who hold expertise in a spectrum of subjects.
Despite the academic inclination of my family, I chose the field of Music and completed my education in the same from Delhi University. I hold a Bachelors in Arts (Music Hons.), Bachelors in Education, Masters in Arts (Music), Masters in Philosophy (Music), and Doctorate of Philosophy (Music) Degrees.
I am a regular performer of string instruments like Guitar and Sitar.
I am the author of a number of famous Music Reference Books and Lab Manuals like
‘The Musical Ornaments’,
‘The History of Musical Ornaments‘,
‘The Musical Organology’, and
‘Swarit- The musicology’.
These are available in both mediums – Hindi and English, and have been published by different yet well-recognized Publishing Houses. I have worked with various prestigious schools and am currently working in India’s Top Girls Boarding School
– Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar.

As a teacher I correct and guide my students in professional way.
So they perform well and score good marks in music subject.
As a Teacher I always create good and positive at most fair for my students and mentees.
So they perform well and achieve good score in exam.
As a teacher I design creative lesson plan and creative books for students.
So they read my books and feel proud when got 100 marks.
I always takes idea from students and respect there thought and Idea.
When I implement students idea they feel happy and proud.
In my class I use peer teaching method so students they know each other in better way.
I record there performs and sent to there parents so both feels happy and proud.

In my class I always design my lesson plan with the help of students and design composition according choice in music.
In my class students perform in Group, Duet and Solo.
During their practice time I have to roll play of coach.
In my class I always create student’s choice lesson plan and students take lot of interest in class and learn very fast.
They help me to teach other students and create new things in composition and thinks out of the box.
As a teacher I always supposed to establish boundaries for my students.
As a mentor I remain impartial.
So they have to understand the dynamics of the group.
I always intervene in the discussions as when it is felt necessary.
As a teacher I implement and execute the required skills.
As a good human begin my behavior is good with staff and students.
They come and share there problem with me without hesitation.
Even my students has given me title Too Cool for School.

As a Teacher it’s my responsibility to evaluate their students and the class as a whole, and then decide how best to assist everyone involved while meeting requirements of the curriculum.
Instruments provided by the school are tools to meet these requirements, but it takes critically thinking teachers to consider all possibilities to ensure student success.
First things first, the primary duty of a teacher is to impart knowledge, and that comes from teaching.
Teaching usually entails following a specific curriculum and ensuring that the students understand what is being taught.
In my practical lecturer I share my idea with students and students share there idea.
As a Music teacher I have to demonstrate in my class with instrument then students follow in practical.
Lot of theory lesson I have to use demonstrator and storytelling method.
As a mentor I remain impartial.
So they have to understand the dynamics of the group.
My mentees always share there idea and problem with me.
Discipline is a key of success.
Working as a teacher with students in a cooperative atmosphere,
where social learning, listening to each other, learning to take turns and building on what others say,
are valued, children learn to interact and motivate each other to interpret, analyze, evaluate and make connections.
As teachers I am able to form their theories of learner engagement following a theorizing task.
I utilize their personal practical knowledge to generate their own theories of learner engagement.
I feel empowered to have the opportunity to theorize from practice with students.
When I make any new composition in music I share my idea and students share their idea with me.
Students feel proud when I implement their idea in musical compositions.
As a teacher i think systematically and critically about student learning in their classrooms and schools:
why learning happens and what can be done to improve achievement.
So i collect better notes and composition for student’s performance to improve school and classroom effectiveness.
As a Music Teacher I always record students’ performance and always keep students marks records in my register.
This data really help me to improve the performance quality of students in theory and practical both.
