MUN2021 :: Accelerating the SDG India Index
The Participants would have to Undertake Research, Undergo an In-depth Analysis & Prepare a Presentation Assessing this particular UN-SDG and suggest ways and means to Accelerate the same.
They would have to access the NITI Aayog Report SDG_3.0_Final_04.03.2021_Web_Spreads.pdf (niti.gov.in) to this effect and can also fall back upon the graphical SDG India Index at https://sdgindiaindex.niti.gov.in/.
Under their chosen SDG, they have to make their home-state as the baseline one, assessing the underlying facets making the state performance as Aspirant, Performer, Front Runner, Achiever and compare the same with lower and higher performing ones.
The participants may then suggest ways and means to accelerate the performance of their very State on that particular SDG in their presentation.
